Job Description:1.Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs based on client briefs 2.Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and documentation for approvals 3.Create 3D models and renders using relevant software (sketch Up, Lumion, etc.) 4.Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and site contractors 5.Ensure design compliance with CIDCO/NMMC guidelines and building codes 6.Conduct site visits when necessary for measurements, supervision, or client meetings 7.Deliver high-quality outputs within project timelines and budget constraints 8.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
